Kính thưa Quý Đại Lý,
Theo quy định của Hải Quan Trung Quốc, kể từ ngày 28 tháng 5,
2018, dữ liệu điện tử của tất cả các lô hàng chuyển tải/đến Trung Quốc đều phải
chứa mã số nhận dạng (Identify Number) của Shipper/Consignee/Notify Party (nếu
có Notify Party). Quy định này áp dụng cho việc khai báo dữ liệu điện tử của cả
MAWB & HAWB.
Đối với lô hàng có nhiều hơn 01 HAWB, thì phải khai báo đầy
đủ mã số nhận dạng của Shipper/Consignee/Notify Party trong tất cả các HAWB
đó.
Mã số nhận dạng (Indentify Number) có thể được gọi khác nhau
ở các Quốc Gia khác nhau (vui lòng tham khảo file đính kèm-ở sheet Identifiers).
Ví dụ: Mã số nhận dạng doanh nghiệp ở Việt Nam là Mã Số Thuế; ở EU là EUROPEAN
VAT NUMBER; ở USA là EIN.
Quý Đại Lý vui lòng điền mẫu “CHINA CUSTOMS REQUIREMENT” và
gửi lại cho chúng tôi thông qua email trước giờ Cut-off hoặc in một bản bấm kèm
với tờ cân và chứng từ. Nếu có nhiều hơn 01 HAWB, vui lòng tạo một sheet mới cho
mỗi HAWB.
Lưu ý: Mã số nhận dạng của Shipper/Consignee/Notify Party nêu
trên không bắt buộc phải in trên MAWB & HAWB; chỉ cần thiết cho khai báo dữ
liệu điện tử của Airlines.

2018
Dear Valued Agents,
As Chinese Customs requirement, from 28 May, 2018, digital
information of all shipments transit via/to China must contains Indentify Number
of Shipper/Consignee/Notify Party (Notify Party if any). This requirement is
applied for both MAWB & HAWB digital information
transmitment.
If shipment has more than 01 HAWB, Indentify Number of
Shipper/Consignee/Notify Party on all HAWBs must be provided.
Identify Number may be defined by different name depending on
each Country (please ref. attached file-Identifiers sheet). Example: Indentify
Number in Viet Nam is TRADE REGISTER NUMBER; in European Union is EUROPEAN VAT
NUMBER; in USA is EIN.
You please input Shipper/Consignee/Notify Party and their
Identify Number into form “CHINA CUSTOMS REQUIREMENT” and sent us via email
before Cut-off time OR attach 01 hard copy with your documents. If shipment has
more than 01 HAWB, please create new sheet for each HAWB.
Note: Identify Number is not need to show on MAWB & HAWB;
it’s necessary for Data transmitment of Airlines only.

shipments must be labeled officially and printed on the label (including all
information of MAWB such as: MAWB number, total pieces, original/destination,…).

will not accept a shipment if it has any information on MAWB label is
handwritten or corrected by pen.

does not accept to change chargable weight to higher weight for applying lower
rate, if you compare the total charge using CZ’s rate rather than TACT
rate.
